Once you have decided to go ahead with having your tapes converted, I obviously need to get my hands on them somehow.

Depending on the number of tapes and your distance from Halstead in Essex, you can choose from one of the following options:

Post

If you want to post your tapes to me, please make sure you use a reputable courier service, as no amount of insurance cover will replace your tapes if they do unfortunately go missing. Make sure that it is sent "signed for", or recorded delivery, or choose the option to have your tapes delivered to a storage locker in Halstead for me to pick up. I do have a parcel box at my address, but that's more for short-term “out-of-sight” storage as an alternative to parcels being left on my doorstep. 

Make sure your tapes are securely packaged and surrounded by a decent amount of padding, include your contact details in the parcel, and wrap it in something damp-proof just in case.

Once it's in the post, please let me know the tracking number so I can get some indication on when they might be turning up, and I'll do my best to be available. 

Drop-off

I'm more than happy for you to drop off your tapes personally at a mutually convenient day and time if you live local enough to Halstead.

If for whatever reason a time can’t be arranged, and you are willing to leave your tapes in the parcel box for a short while in the event that no-one is in, please follow the same packaging instructions as if you were posting them.
